RT IT Consulting is committed to adding real value to client projects. Each of the projects discussed below was a success because of our ability to understand our client’s requirements, manage project teams, evaluate proposals and deliver results.

Large Investment Bank
Recruited to assist the different parts of the Group, North America, the UK and Europe to develop an approach to Syndicated Lending and Loan markets Back office processes and systems.

UK Clearing Bank
Recruited to help the UK Corporate Bank plan the developments needed to support and exploit the new APACS payments system. The work involved formulating customer propositions, new credit management processes, and requirements for the group’s systems developments.

UK Corporate Bank
Provided staff at a variety of levels to help this division of a Major UK Banking Group tighten up its business controls in its battle against heightened fraud risk. At a senior level ran highly confidential workshops to identify the risks in processes. Supplied junior consultants to help develop controls and improved processes.

UK Corporate Bank – Business Change Programme
Working with the director responsible for the implementation of a banking change package, this project involved us providing advice on risk mitigation, coaching the implementation management team and managing issues.

Global Software House - Software Implemenation Projects
Provided a number of business analysts and junior project managers to assist the software house implement its client reporting software into Hedge Funds and Banks in Seattle, New York, Melbourne, Dublin, Switzerland and London.

Irish Corporate Bank - Systems Migration
Provided support to the Programme Manager responsible for migrating his division's business activities onto an outsourced set of IT platforms.  The work included Technical advice, management coaching, workshops and the supply of programme office resources.

UK Corporate Bank - Securitisation Project
Supplied Business Analyst resource to help specify, test and implement a new system to securitise a corporate loan portfolio.  A large part of the work was ensuring the data quality was sufficient to be reliable enough for the rating agencies and loan market participants.

Motor Dealer Group
A merger between a motor dealer group and a vehicle financing company was not yielding the synergies anticipated. RT IT Consulting were recruited to review business processes and identify the main blockers to sales.

UK Wholesale Travel Money Services Company
This company had a project to replace its core dealing and stock control systems which had dragged on for two years. RT IT worked with another firm of consultants to produce a new plan which addressed the root causes of the failures to date.
